Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the product is received and inspected. Please note, custom crochet pieces, sale items, and intimate wear are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
